Hello.. I have been trainging for some time now and my pecs.. biceps etc are all coming along great but I am having serious problems with my abs!
You see, I have scavenged the net and it seems that the number 1 way to get washboard style abs is to have low body fat. That makes sense. And my abs are hard as hell, I know that for sure.
You see the problem is, not that a layer of fat is in the way of my abs.. but I have stretchy skin!
This might not sound like much but it means that my skin isn't very firmly connected to my muscle - this results in a huge loss in definition of shape. NO, it isn't fat. Trust me. I have naturally stretchy skin - I can stretch my neck (not chubby AT ALL) out a few inches.. it's quite gross.
I know there probably isn't much i can do but has anyone else had the same problem or know anyway to get around it?
