Stretching Routines

When I was younger, I did karate and gymnastics and was a very flexible person. But as I got older I didn't participate in either childhood event and have lost alot of flexibility. My hips and hamstrings are very stiff and I'm in need of some good stretching information.

So if anybody has any good stretching routines please do share.

T-Nation has a bunch of good articles on stretching. Just do a search in their article archive and you should find plenty of options.
 
Stretching is extremley important, especially if you are playing other sports. I'm a golfer, so you can obviously see how I have some conflicts some times. I need to do a lot of stretching programs, since it's extremley important in the golf swing. I also don't go to the extent some of the people here do, as it would hinder my swing.
