When I was younger, I did karate and gymnastics and was a very flexible person. But as I got older I didn't participate in either childhood event and have lost alot of flexibility. My hips and hamstrings are very stiff and I'm in need of some good stretching information.
So if anybody has any good stretching routines please do share.
