how do yall deal with stress?
when i am really stressed, for long periods of time, my stomach starts to hurt.....like it is tied up in knots. it becomes a daily thing. back in college at one point i was popping antacids constantly.
anywho, how do you calm yourself?.....your mind and body? it's more of a subconscious stress, that i don't really think of, but it's there regardless.
