Stress is killing me

Right now im in the middle of my hardest semester and i also have board exams this weekend. Im so worked up i cant even eat...i felt like ive had a rock in my stomach...im actually down 5lbs. When i do have time to go the gym, all i want to do is sleep, i have no energy! When i do get to the gym my WO's suck. This has been going on for about 2 weeks...somebody help me!! I hate this feeling. My cortisol levels are probably thru the roof
 
WELL, ACTUALLY FOR ME, training is the ultimate stress reliever...check your diet and rest....make sure they are in check............
 
I'd recommend that you exercise every day (cardio might be better for stress relief) and study your ass off so you aren't as worried about those exams. Good luck, by the way!
 
getting laid will relieve that immediate tension, but if problems still exist stress is going to exist. In times of stress I have to LIVE by schedules.

Take a moment aside and setup your diet, when you're going to eat, what times you are going to sleep, what times you are going to study. If you can control at least part of your day it will at least cut out some of the stress.

I agree with Jkurz, lifting is my major stress reliever, but if diet and sleep arent in check then you'll just continually deplete yourself to the point of exhaustion. Maybe a break would be a good idea.
 
Thanx for the advice...getting laid is not cutting it this time. My diet has been in check, other than that though nothing is going right. Just finished my first round of exams...4 more tom. So im hoping it gets better. I just really need to sleep....for like a week
