I'm looking ahead to fall and bulking. I seemed to have plateaued with traing to failure for years. I use a low volume with a slower negative, as this has seemed to work for me, or it did for a while anyway in the past. I've changed exercises and it didn't benefit me too much, only with traps really. I was thinking of doing a 5x5 routine come this fall. Any comments as far as strength training to stimulate new growth? Thanks.
