Strength program

I've been doing the same program for months now and I wan to switch I up. I have track starting soon and I'm a sprinter so bulking isn't my option. I just want to get stronger for now. Any ideas on good sets/reps?
 
The conjugate method is one of the best strength training programs on the planet. Search westside barbell. Another good all around program is jim wendlers 531.

Stronglifts 5*5 is good and simple. Also the 5/3/1 mentioned is good. I've done both and got good results. Stronglifts.com has several programs you can check out, or really any other lifting website should have layouts. Charles Poliquin would be a good person to check out and see if he has a training program to strengthen runners if thats what you're looking for.
