Strength Increased

I was sick since wednesday so i stopped working out, and decided to start fresh on monday. And ive noticed that my strength has increased, I lifted about 75 lbs on the barbell and im like shit? So i try and barbell curl it and i actualy did. Before i could only curl like 65 lbs. :chomp:
 
taking time off gives all the muscles time to rest i noticed the same results with bench.. took a week off straight cuz my shoulder and was able to do an extra 20lbs for 8 reps

but congrats on the new PR
