We, I have been off for almost two months - I have maintained my weight through that time (yesteday I was at 184lbs), but I have noticed strength has continued to increase.
I am not a big one-rep max guy, but on the weekends I work out at a state of the art college gym with a buddy, and decided to put on extra iron to see how many I could squeeze out.
I did 3 reps of 285 lbs on the bench, clean. I don't recall ever repping that much weight. (I am usually a HST or 5x5 guy anyway)
Has any one else noticed that the strength gains linger or even increase months after a cycle ends?
