Strength, but wheres the size?

On week 7 of a 15 week 750sust/600eq. Started with 3 weeks d-bol 40mg, cut it off early due to bloat. 2 days into the 3rd week of t3 at 50mcgs ed, sides from the too was at 75 ed. Will be finishing out the cycle with either winny or t-bol, depending on bodyfat and joints.

My strength is great, just an example of my gains, on bench I am at
225x15
245x12
265x8
265x5 that was yesterday.

two days ago I was doing a little cardio and decided to see where I was at, did

245x15
315x6
YEAH!!!

I went from 315 for one on a none lifting day to 6 reps, strong. Could not believe it.

But the problem is my body doesn't look the much different. My shoulders are looking different and I look a little bigger and a little leaner. I am 5'10 218 maybe 15% bf. I am wondering when I will start to see the body changes? Like the size and shaping? Will the t3 take a lot of the fat off? I am starting to wonder? When does the eq start to work, at full strength? Will I still burn fat on the sust? What about the tbol? Any input will help .
 
i think that since you are now lifting heavier weights(going up 50lbs on your bench weight), your body should grow
 
Drop the T3 and add another 1000 cals a day. You'll grow.

So taking the t3 is going to affect my gains?

how is your diet? How much cardio are you doing in a week. Both of these could cause problems with size gains.

Diet is good get about 190-200 grams of protein a day. Low sodium/ low fat diet diet. I just started to do 30 mins of cardio keeping my hr between 130-150, before I lift.

T3 is slightly catabolic. Cardio also works against your goals. Do you want to gain or cut? If you want a little help in regard to the thyroid using fat for fuel to try and gain as lean as possible, check this out: http://proteinfactory.com/shop/product.php?productid=108&cat=0&page=1 It contains an ingredient found in Armour thyroid -- a natural form of T3 prescribed to people with hypothyroidism.

But all in all, you need to give your body the proper signals. If you want growth, you have to feed it! Don't fear dietary fat. You need it now.
 
OK. I am wanting to gain lean as possible. If I just got cut from where I am at now, I would be happpy. I like the strength though. Thats why i am taking 750 of the sust. I have been considering lowering it. I want to loose fat, and I am worried I won't. Last time I use enath at 500 and eq at 400. And i lost tons of fat. Went from 218 to 195, and got bigger and stronger. So this time I thought I would up the dosage and take sust instead. I didn't really feel the "kick" from the enan. Used BD, now AKA. Good labs. I also through in some t3 to cut even more. And am planing on doing t-bol for the last part of my cycle. Did i choose the wrong test for this cycle? I also started with 3 weeks d-bol. Bad choice?

No it 's not a bad choice. It's not like diferent tests or even different drugs will makes as much of a difference than the diet and training. Again, it's about giving the body signals. The gear just moves things along faster. Remember also, the effect lessens each time out. if it didn't we'd all be gaining on each cycle and have 20" arms. If you want to grow, do what it takes to grow. You can always lean out later.
