Strech Marks

Okay I have read a few of the posts on strech makrks and have found that ya'll suggest to use

Coca Butter (hich has Vitamin E)in it , Aloe Vera, and retin A to combat strech marks

my question is would takeig Vitamin E in a pill form (not coca butter) also help against strech marks or would taking it be useless. I didn't see any mention of this so i am curious about it...

stretch marks look bad at first, but after a while they lighten up and look a lot better. Ive never tried Coca butter but all it would do is lighten them up, they will never go away, so get used to them.
