I strained or pulled my left bicep tonight while lifting. Right now I have it on ice and I am taking an anti-inflamatory. Is there anything I can do to speed up the healing process???? Does anyone know how long I will be out for????
nope. Sassy said you ought to listen to your body. depending on how severe the injury is you decide when to give it a go. no need to rush b/c one or two extra days off are better than 2 weeks off b/c you started too early and reinjured the bicep.
