I live in a city of 1 million people. Some parts of the city have dispensaries in every shopping center, just like dollar tree and liquor stores.

My city made the list of top 10 (or maybe 20) places to raise a family based on income, job availability, quality of life, etc... for the last several years. Personally I don't see it. We do have the highest tax rate in the nation I believe. 10.75%!
