this is what i have done so far. all was done with fat loss as goal.
wk 1-24 hgh 2-3 iu ed
1-16 100 prop eod
1-16 450 eq ew
3-5 dnp
12-16 hcg
1-16 .5 aramidex ed
16-24 100 prop ed
16-24 750 eq ew
16-24 aifm 4 pumps ed
16-18 dnp
22-24 dnp
i did lose about 25 lbs of fat but did not gain one rep off strength on any lift.
the only way i can tell i am taking something is i am pumped up and more vascular....strange no strength. i have face bloat big time....is that more from
hgh or prop/eq? i think i am holding 15lbs of water.
should i start the pct when the eq is out of my system in 21 days or what do u think? can i stop the prop before the eq?
what should i take in my pct if i had no strength gains/ wich means no muscle
gains...right?
