I start my diet with Hydroxycut in the 20 may of this year. I was taking 4 capsules in the morning and other 4 before lunch.
In the beginning of July i start taking Diet Fuel. I'm taking 2 in the morning (before 1 hour running) and other 2 before lunch.
I was with 86 kg. Today, 9 of july y have now achieved 75 kg. I'm 1m74 tall...
I'm thinking to stop taking this stuff ...
Can you advice me how to do it whithout getting fat again ?
I do running for 7 years and I won't stop doing it... but I also get starved easily and sometimes, specially at night I'ts difficult for me to control ... this hydroxy and diet fuel help me reduce craving and I'm affraid to stop taking them
Is it good to go back to hydroxy (i'ts less strong and is whithout ma huang) and reduce slowly, or I should stop from one day to annother ?
I'm a little bit scared ... the gains where maybe very fast ...
