i've pretty much never used anythng above 500mgs of test and I get HUGE and very strong

A little dig, eh? Okay, fair enough. I wouldn't say you have 3 times more muscle though. Or 2 times. Not sure you have much more muscle than me at all but...that's neither here nor there. Then again, I've probably got a good 15 years on you. Come back to me and let's see what you look like at 54. (55 TOMORROW! Nov 4)
And keep in mind, I went from a scrawny 150 pound 38 year old to a 180 pound body model at age 40 100% NATURAL. I also competed and placed in the NPC on dosages you might consider a bridge. Try that sometime. That takes a lot of knowledge and a lot of hard work.
So if you're deriding small, safe cycles because I'm not 250 pounds, I'm willing to take a little ribbing. But ANYONE can do a lot of gear and get bigger. And ANYONE can recommend it. But advice that actually provides helpful information that provides the best results at the smallest risks takes knowledge. And that's more what I'm about. And I think it's more along the lines of what people want to hear. But...to each his own.
Well for me, and did blood work to prove it. 1000mgs of test and 600mgs of EQ for 6 months straight and my Lipid profile actually improved. Kidneys and liver were fine as usual also. So for me test isnt what I would consider dangerous and Eq is a great anabolic.
But Im well aware this applies only too me and wouldnt advocate if for someone else. Only through years of training, routine blood work and knowing my body do I know what I can and cant get away with.
Also, I dont do drugs or recs and use a ton of supplements. Diet is shit tho but I think diet is overated unless trying to be lean. As far as health goes I think its mostly genetics.
And I was just kidding. I actually have about 4 times your muscle mass.![]()
