That's my cuestion, why ? there are guys in the gym that runs cycles for 20 weeks and they not get shutdown, Is there any trick to do that ? i tried with nolvaldex during the cycle and it did not work i always got shutdown in about 10 weeks, i am newbie but my cycle diet and all the information that i have is like any other posted in this forum, and please can you tell me what do you mean with " start to kick in" when you say that a steroid will kick in in the 3rd week that means that i will not see gains till the 3rd week ? i am sorry about the stupid question but i swear that i researched in a lot of forums and i did not found any information about it, Thanx a lot !!!

20 weeks you say? I bet they are never off. That is why they seem like they don't crash. Kick in means just that. You start to achieve results. Increased stamina, strength gain, etc... But that doesn't neccesarily mean that you will see a gain on the scale. Many people new to the game think that they will bench a house and be 20 pounds heavier in a few days. It takes time for certain compounds. You should really do some research on different aas that exhibit results very early and slowly. That will help you do a cycle that will benefit you physically AND psychologically.

It's a good idea to chance compounds every 10 weeks if your going to stay on, For 99% of users the best thing they could do is take some time off..

Diet is also very crucial.. If you started your cycle at 220lbs and after 10-12 weeks your up to 235lbs then you need to seriously increase your calories to keep on growing
