Day 4 of sust only at 500mg/wk.......(first time on test and previous AS use was d-bol 20mg ed for one month)
Hit the gym feeling good......its shoulder day and I'm psyched up for heavy clean&presses (I like to clean the bar to shoulder level then rep it out with standing front presses). I work my way up to my normal 3 rep max and I'm feeling really good..........so I decide to see whats up.
I load the bar with 225 lbs............
AAGGHHHHHHHHH!!! I cleaned it to shoulder level......got my balance and pressed out one smooth rep to full extension. (thats 10 lbs over my old personal best)
Placebo? Gear? The red bull I drank......or a combo of all? Does sust hit you that quick, didn't expect to feel anything until week 2.
