Lookin good -- nice thickness, nice delts and traps; quads are nicely proportional. Constructively, looks like you could bring your chest up a little and cut some bf (same on both for me).

As an aside, I've been such a slacker over the last 2 months -- I moved into a new house and have been working on it to the extent I'm only hitting a couple workouts a week. I need to get my ass back in, I'm starting to feel guilty...
