David Cook is the only star left on there. The other two were voted off the last two weeks.

David Arch is really grinding on my ass. Someone please get that whiny voice off the air.

Your man Jason really sucked badly last night.

Simom tries to get the person he wants off voted off by saying they are in trouble. Shyesha was second best last night and he tells her she is in trouble?? WTF?
 
My hubby asked me last night if Jason was Fidel's son. lol

I agree, DC is the star of the show. IF he gets booted off, I'm never watching Idol again.

WTF? Brooke sucked AGAIN last night too. I bet she stays and they boot the Sayesha(sp) off.

Actually, I think David Cook will be one of their biggest stars yet. Really quite good. I am impressed.

I was thinking about DC....wondering why I didn't really catch on to him during hollywood week or his first audition. I watched them on youtube and it hit me - he doesn't really come alive until he's in front of a real audience. But once I saw the real DC the performer, I was captivated.

Syesha has a great voice, but there's no room in the world of pop for her. There are already a ton of young, pretty black girls with great voices who have medium to slower speed vibratos. Jordan found her own spot because her voice was different sounding and she has a much quicker vibrato, but even she was struggling a little tll she did that duet with Chris Brown. That other new girl, leona whatever, who performed last week on the result show, has a country twang to an r&b style of music. Again, it's different, so she found a place. Sy's too close to whitney sounding while not actually being as good as whitney. While she's actually very good...there's nothing unique about her. She'll have a great career on the stage, though.
 
sadly, I thought he sang well, but not as good as the others (with the exception of brooke white, who is awful).

either jason or brooke will go home this week or next. :(
 
Brooke. Thats the blond chick right? I thought her second song was good. M wife was watching the show and I was ignoring it till she started to sing that song. It got my attention. I also just like her in general. She is that type of person you just like for no reason.

Agreed 100% - Shyesha will be on broadway. Cook will be as good as Daughtry.

Don't get me wrong - he is da man. It is just something how his smile curls up. My bride thinks he is the bees knees. She said last night she even liked him more than Daughtry - that is a big deal for her as Chris D did it for her.

I like Chris too.

I've been blown away by DC's keen ear for switchin up all his song choices though.

His high school is right down the street from my office. I'm tired of all the banners everywhere saying he's the next AI. I hate the show after the trainwrecks are done.

those fuckin racists have been wanting to get rid of the last remaining black person on the show for a while. They just keep putting her in the bottom so when they finally get rid of her people won't think they're racists...but I see right through them.

i stopped watching the first 90% of the shows. this is the time i start watching. kinda like watching basketball, the first 90% of the game is boring as hell and the last few minutes is the most exciting.

I did feel bad that she cried last night- NOT! No, I did feel bad for her.

Yeah - no more constepated singing. Now get rid of Artchuleta and will will have all the moaning faces gone.

Do you notice how in the group sing, everyone else just seems like back-up singers for DC now?

Next week, it's gonna be all guys left standing on the stage. I'm trying to figure out who is going to go up against DC in the finals. ( I hope I did not just jinx him)

Never underestimate girl power. I think Syesha will fight on. She really is the second best performer left though Michael Johns and Carly were better.
