get your ass to the fucking buffet line and eat until you get kicked out! fuck this 250 grams of protein shit. eat at least 400 or 500 grams of protein. your metabolism is obviously faster shit, so keep eating. eats all the carbs you want. eat junk food also. pizza, burgers. dont sit there and count calories. drink a protien shake with 50 grms or protein with every meal you have. eat every 2 hours a solid meal. dont drink shakes as a meal. drink them WITH the meal. shock your body with 500 grams of protein and see what happens. i guarantee you will grow then. and please for heavens sake, get away from the machines and cable bullshit! if you ever touch or even look at the cable or machines, you should be sentenced to death. do squats, barbell bench, bent over dumbell rows, etc. mass gaining lifts. i dont know what your lifts are like, and im just messin with you, but stay away from most machines and cables. i always see these guys doing these standing cable bicep curls. ???!!!??!! I just walk away and go outside because ill end up in prison if i watch them. and dont forget, you wont get big overnight. keep at it, for a few more months and you will surely see gains. good luck.
