I don't count really I work in construction 10 hrs a day.
Most meals are oatmeal shakes, tuna Sammie's on rye, whole eggs, heaping tablespoons of PB, sardines , I usually consume a few scoops quickmass mixed in with my shakes too on occasion for extra cals. Ill eat handfuls of mixed nuts too when on the go.
I take veggie greens ( cyto sport) and need2guard as well and coconut oil I throw in my shakes

Shitting bombs is no understatement here

I would put you at around 12-13% but no higher. You definitely have a little wiggle room to bulk. I know your work ethic, so I know you will be safe to gain a couple bf% because you will just torch it off on a cut! Kill it brother!
 
Around 12-13% sounds about right to me as well. Nice job on bulking. What was your bodyfat before the bulk? 5k cals seems a little high to me to bulk on, but if its working for you then keep on doing it! I would bloat and get fat with a quickness on that many cals
 
Wow bro, youre built like a fighter, good work! id guess you at about 13%, maybe holding a little bit of bloat cause of the diet, but you look like u have the ability and platform to shred if u wanted to, unless your still growing. good shit tho. keep it up

10% definitely maybe a little leaner when I was 190 about 2 months ago, I eat 5000+ calories when at work. It's a pretty physical job at times. I've tried many times before and always failed cause I bloated up and felt fat and backed off, this time I rode it out and after bloating up to 208 my body seems to have adjusted and dropped to 204, then slowly climbed almost a lb every other day until where I am now. On non working days I eat about 3500-4500 cals and gym twice a day with interval sprints of some sort during one session to keep that metabolism jacked. I'd love to hit that 215 then roll there for a while and lean out without dropping weight. 215 at 12 % would be beastly for me.

Sounds like a pretty solid plan. It's similar to how I plan to bulk up a little in the winter with just a little lower calorie ranges....though I weigh a good 35 lbs less than you too. Keep at it bud. You are doing great!

Yeah you are so shredded you have lots of room to bulk up . When you ran helladrol Rick, when would you say it really started kicking In and what dose and lastly, did you experience back pumps from it, I am def getting back pumps but they are manageable.

I never got any back pumps with Helladrol, but I would say it really started kicking good at week 3 at 100mg. I believe I went to 125 the next week.

Yeah I'm really feeling strength gains daily now into week 4

1 whole egg ,
Half onion , bunch a sized mushrooms and a carton of egg white fries in coconut oil
4 slices rye bread and a 10oz top sirloin
