I've honestly never heard of the guy before until now but he looks great. Huge potential. Especially for just being 23...I am sure this isn't the last time we will hear of this guy.

great transformation from skinny as a rail to ripped

the young ectomorphs think that is a disadvantage but if they put in the hours in the gym and simply eat they will build a nice physique
