I dont get it. Test is test. Yeah but I got a question, why do people like to take test only to be strong for those two months if after your all done and complete with your cycle and proper pct you loose most of your strength and all that weight(mostly water) you gained while on it. After doing my one cycle of prop at 100mg EOD I blew up to like 220lbs from 190... now I just stepped on the scaled today and I'm back down to 195 about. It just seems like its pointless and that was with proper pct too. Just wondering why everyone does it if you loose mostly everything after?
 
its all how your pct, diet, and workout goes after your done. Ive havnt lost more than 5lbs after a cycle...You have to train, eat, sleep twice as hard after your done w/ your cycle...thats just my personal exp...
 
I seem to only lose a few pounds max afterwards unless I stop working out all together (happened once). I don't know about you personally and your genetics bro. But I know that I am bigger now when off than I ever was even a couple years ago.

Because some of us understand the concept of "just cause im on im going to give 110%...but once im off...i may give 15%" is POINTLESS....your diet and training have to be more on point post cycle then anything if you want ot retain gains...alot of people miss this part..yes you can blow up and do proper pct but if you just sit back and do nothing or slack off then thats where the "losses" come from...alot of elite members dont have this problem..in fact i gain post PCT and not loose..why..well because im still giving 110%

I always lose most of what i gain on test, that's why I prefer eq over test for this reason alone. I give 110% on or off and I just can't push it like I can when I'm on, and I think that's a simple fact in itself. Of course, with that being said, a lot of bros don't push as hard after their cycle is over, so this is a major factor in losing a lot of weight after a cycle is done. Eventually, after you do several cycles, you'll start keeping the muscle mass.
 
sparetire i feel the same way. i don't find the test and dbol cycles to be very keepable. its different for everyone. i mean some guys on here run anadrol with test and never crash hard. eq tbol var primo are all very mild. yet to try primo, but the gains are slow and gradual. its all lean shredded mass not just mass that shows up on the scale. like mentioned above though you have to eat more and train just as hard when you come off. my problem is coming off test dbol or deca i don't wanna train hard and i crash. with mild compounds like eq and var i don't really notice coming off at all.
 
That's why I have never taken test. As far as I'm concerned, tren is the only way to go for maintainable strength gains; the size gains made from tren aren't watery bloat either. Never done test, and probably never will. I've kept all my strength and size gains from tren with NO pct; Yeah I got the bloodwork to prove it ya'll: everythings as normal as it was before I ever started doing shit. Now I'm not saying that's everyone... just giving an example while bragging at the same time;)

that's true about coming off something really strong like test. You really notice the difference in strength and it's harder to maintain that level than putting on what I call a natural 10-15 pounds - something your body can almost maintain naturally, or what I have always wanted to do is break the genetic limit and maintain..
