In the first before pic was after working out for 2 years. I was 155 pounds. the other before pics pics are are four years later I went from 155 to 192 naturally. the after pics I am 211 pounds at five feet six inches.

I ran 20 mg of Danabol DS for 3 weeks and 250 mg of Test E for 10 weeks and these are the results.

Bench went from 225 for 10 and and 250 for 6 to 245 for 12 and 265 for 7. I used to squat over 400, but I gave myself a hernia so now I squat 315 for 5 sets of 10 I try to complete the reps as fast as possible. Deadlift went from 405 for 6 to 405 for 10 I don't go heavier because of the hernia. my bent over rows went from 225 for 6 to 245 for 10. I T-bar row with 5 plates. upright row went from 80 pounds for 12 to 115 for 10. Leg press is over 1000, all other lifts curls, press downs, etc went up as well

210lbs + at 5 foot 6 inches, you don't look that big!

If you are indeed, all you need to do is get shredded and you will look HUGE!

Great for using your brain and running low doses. Well done on the results, definitely work!

Bro I am indeed 210 I can post a pic on the scale if you want...my bf is a lil bit high so I think that accounts for the look. I think I want to cut down a but, but I'm still trying to figure out a diet plan that will maximize fat loss while maintaing as much muscle as possible

Buy Anabolic Kitchen. It will zero in your diet. Its worth it. As for the look yeah you grew good job. If you shred up it will actually make you look bigger. Make sure you have good pct so you dont lose alot. Did your pt runs suffer from the Dbol? I got cramps like shin splints from dbol.

got horrible shin splints, but I've always had them, they didn't help though.
 
good work. try cleaning up diet and loosing some bodyfat. Its not all about pounds.

well the thing is I DO eat clean, but i eat so much, I've been cutting back over the past 2 weeks trying to find a balance. I do not ANY sugar other than what is in orange juice and pop tarts (post workout with whey shake) My caloric intake was in the 6,000 range, now it's closer to 4500. my weight is still fluctuating between 206 and 208, but I've been adding cardio into my routine in longer and longer intervals 2x per week.
 
Keeping the caloric intake around 4500 with no to very little simple carbs and maintaining cardio you will see a drop in body fat. Keep at it!
 
I think you can change the name to at least MEDIUM SOLDIER!!! :evil: Good job bro! :biggrin:

do you have a good place where I can buy one. Also I am leery of Ephedra, but have never used it? I don't want to have a heart attack lol I haven't been able to find any conclusive studies on it. have you used it?
 
Go with Omega's AGX Supps like Lipoflame and AMP02.. Awesome stuff and I love it! Works great. Maybe throw in some Lipoestim- heard great results from that also.

Awesome work man. I'm super glad to see this board largely being supportive in this thread...

It's definitely time to cut because when you're leaner its easier to put on lean pounds. If you're eating pretty clean then you're halfway there..just cut cals. Too many on this board cut their cals 100/day and think they're going to lose weight. Right now I'm eating like 2000/day max and doing an hour of cardio every day and the pounds are just falling off. You won't lose muscle if you're on gear so make the deficit pretty big!

thanks man Really I mean it... My biggest problem is finding a balance of calories where I can cut fat and still maintain muscle. So I'm going to keep running the cycle a few more weeks at a calorie deficit and hold the gear helps me hold onto muscle while I burn fat. After that I'm going to up the cals a bit to try and keep gains for awhile before trying to cut down further.
 
I noticed that the 160 caps is only a 4 week supply...is that how long it should be taken? or is it reasonable to assume I could take it longer than that if I had to or wanted to?

I only take it on training days. It lasts longer if you train like me, 5 days a week. I was only using it for leg days, but now my amp02 is gone, and plus I want to you it more for fat burning, so I take 4-6/ day. Almost time to order a new bottle!

I would strongly suggest looking at Omega's training. Everyone training with him now is loving it (including me!) I think he will have his next class in a few months. I know it's for everyone to try.
 
what makes his training different or better than any other training methods? I'm just curious everyone seems to rave about his routines
 
If I dicussed it Omega would have my head! I cannot discuss it unfortunatley. Maybe you could pm Omega and talk with him about it. It's definetly transforming me and I am not on cycle.
