Steroids given me a gobbler?

So I went to a plastic surgeon today (long story but getting my nose fixed for cosmetic reasons). And he went through how he would do my nose on a digital imaging thing on the computer (with a picture of me). And he came to getting a chin implant to balance out my face more, and he said and do some lipo on my neck. Im thinking whatt!! im not at a high body fat, I can see my abs pretty well, and no one would ever call me fat. But my neck actually looked kinda fat in the picture!!! What is up with this? Was it a bad angle maybe? Am i holding water there (and should I up my letro) Or did I just get some fat dipositation there...... Help please!!! I dont want to look fat even though im not!!!

PS: im on 500 mg test .5 dutasteride and .3 mg of letro (this is a cruise mode)

I had a chin implant during a separate procedure from my face lift,

And the surgeon’s lippo suctioned my neck; it actually looks a lot better after the lipo healed.

Go off the test before you go under anesthesia.

it worked for me ...but i didn't have much, just tightened my face up ...i just used it like aftershave for a lil while

This is spot on. You may think you're too young, but everyone ages at a different pace. I remember seeing one guy I went to high school with 2 yrs after graduation and that fucker looked 35 yrs old-chubby face, receding hairline, etc. Also you could be experiencing some post cycle bloat. Or maybe you have the mumps??? lol Michelin neck. lol

went thru rhino myself my PS wanted me to do a chin implant too didnt go for it, any PS will push other shit on you its kinda like walking into a store to buy a laptop and they wanna sell you a case for it and extra memory etc. the difference is you can just trash the laptop or extras if you dont like it

as far as losing some fat on the face etc id look into meso thearpy lots of people using it for face with amazing results,

Here is something to consider about the gobbler, and this is in my case, My traps grow like weeds, thereby pushing out toward the front of my neck increasing the appearance of the gobbler. Throw your shoulders forward and you will see it more. Throw them back and it goes away.

chin implants usually helps a lot. i have a friend who got one and the change was very positive. go for it. also the lippo on the neck can help you.

ya fuck thats the thing its another 4.5 k for necklip/ chin implant, i really dont think I have that extra 4.5 k,

Is there somehting I can do about my neckfat? OR am I maybe just getting fat and not noticing it

Oh ya I do neck harness excercises once a week, could this be worsening my problem? I started doing them because I wanted a larger neck......

This very good information and can save many thousands on neck lipo perhaps, yes, many PS recommend small lipo on neck just umder chin which is common area to have small or large fat deposit, depending upon person

ya lol i have a gobbler, god its annoying me Does anyone have a recomended dosage of YES and for how many days/ when can I stop using it there. (or do I have to use it there for life, Oh ya and where my neck/lower chin??

I would use some yohimburn with a strict diet and cardio before getting neck lipo. How much could he possibly remove from that area? A cc or two?!

im gonna try the YES cause i just dont want to ahve to be really cut to not have to have a fat neck, thats ridiculous
