I have a recuring shoulder injury that i have suffered with for about 8 mths and ive tried everything, phsio , cold , heat , rest you name it ive tried it. I even laid off for 2 months and took it really easy when i got back , but first heavy training session and pop it went again.

I have been told by some guys at the gym that Deca Durabolin will help heal my injury for strenghen it . Can anyone give some advice on this. It will be my first time taking gear so some advice of dosage would be great too.

Im a boxer , not a lifter so my goal is recovery not size , if that makes a difference.

Hope someone can help cos not going to gym is driving me insane.

Deca will be detectable in your body for up to a year... any drug test and you will be banned

If you really must try something, why not Turinabol... goes out the system faster and wont make you puffy, wont make you gain massive weight, wont make you loose hair... Will make you stronger and give you more lean gains and a better build up... But you should really go to a sports specialist first... I did have a injury in the traps, I couldnt box, nor bench... Went to a well reputed Naprapat and got him working on my traps... and it helped after one week... He told me what to train, how to stretch that muscle etc... now Im good again... You might just have what I had, a banged up, overstretched or tightened muscle... I didnt start weights right away, ran only for 2 weeks, then swimming and light weight, high rep training...

you could pull a T.O. and use hgh and a hyperbolic chamber! depending on where you live you might be able to find one close to your area! that motherfucker recovers from injuries like no other. good thing i'm a DIE HARD COWBOYS FAN!!!!

I dunno
That exactly what Royce Gracie did and unfortunately got caught. Hasn't been in the UFC since but fights in other MMA promotions. As far as it's efficacy in healing shoulder tendons , to be honest I doubt it As one guy put it, Deca is more of a false sense of security then a fix. Added estrogen and progesterone from deca will have an anti-inflammatory effect. It will allow you to do more damage to it. As far as actaully healing the cartridge and tendons , I don't think so.

Rest Ice Compression yadda yadda yadda
Glucosamine , Chondrotin , MSM
Sam-e
Shark cartlidge
These are just OTC supps which have some evidence in healing of joints

if you have a ligament or tendon tear AAS will do you no good. Ligaments and tendons take to longest to repair...weeks to days...to months..

+1 They will feel better with Deca, but when its out of the system, the "lube" effect on your joints will leave too. If you can't have surgery, and you are going to try something, you might want to try Adequan. I posted this on a thread like this.

You might want to take a look into Adequan. It's an injectible vet drug and its active ingrediant is polysulfated glycosaminoglycan (PSGAG). It is supposed to have several great benefits. It is supposed to relieve pain and diability of a joint damage, and the relief is said to last up to six months, maybe even longer. It works by binding to damaged cartilage and boosting its metabolism, which greatly helps the repair. And at the same time, it blocksthe actions of destructive enzymes that promote inflammation, break down of the synovial fluid, and attacks of the enzymes on the cartilage. One last benefit from it is that Adequan stimulates new synovial fluid to replace the thin, degraded fluid around the joints. This helps lubricate, nourish, and clean the cartilage.
Stacking that with IGF-1 should be great. You can even do it all during a cycle. IGF-1, unlike most steroids, acts on skeletal muscle AND connective tissues. Do two short four-week mini-cycles of IGF-1 at around 10 mcg/day, with two weeks off IGF-1 in between.
These two should make a HUGE difference for anyone who's had a lot of wear and tear from iron or any other overuse injuries.

Swole said cissus was the shit. I'd at least give it a try if I were you.

I don't really get the idea behind the statement "lubes the joints". I've seen this said over and over, but I don't really get what that means scientifically. Same with "holds water in the joints". Not saying that it's not true, just wondering if there is a more scientific explanation.

From what I understand several AAS boost collagen synthesis (particularly Deca, NPP, EQ, Primo, Anavar, etc.), especially in the joints, which makes sense to me, and would probably have lasting effects. I've heard anecdotal evidence of many people who have had permanent relief from joint pain after cycles of Deca, etc. and some who have only had temporary relief. Needless to say, it's an interesting subject.
