Steroids for endurance?

Hi just wondering what's the best steroid to use for endurance?? Started cutting with clen after my last bulking cycle and now doing lots of cardio trying to get lean, just wondering of there's a steroid that might just give me the edge for running or will all aas add weight on me and slow me down?, I'd like to stay away from epo as it sounds dangerous;)thanks guys
 
steroids are not made for endurance... gw501516 is the best thing i have ever used for endurance... clen is definitely not going to help your endurance... it will hinder it... gw and aicar is a good option or a triple sarms stack...
 
GW is probably your best bet if an endurance boost is what you are after. GW is also an excellent cutter, and since it is your goal it makes GW a perfect fit for you. Stack it with S4 for a great cutting stack with a nice endurance boost. ;)

Sarmssearch has both at the highest grade and purity available
 
10mg am and 10mg pm for GW. Although u can run it 5 and 5 for pretty decent results... it can be pricey over the long term.
I preloaded TB at 5mg a wk for 4 wks then maintenance dose of 5mg a month.

Another adder that u can look at but be careful with ur blood pressure is Albuterol. I can log in some serious mileage on it with the added cardio capacity.

Steroids increase energy stores, but the best effect on strength endurance that I have ever experienced was while on SARMs (S-4). It was really incredible. I felt like a Stakhanovite.

GW501516 sounds like something that I am looking for. As an endurance athlete (cyclist) i am never trying to gain weight or bulk up. Will GW make me gain any weight? How long should it be taken for to see results? For someone who is 5'9", 152lbs, 11% body fat, what's the recommend daily dosage. Thanks..

I'm not a Competetive cyclist...but I do road bike about 4-5 days a week to train for my sport.

GW will not make you gain any weight and does not bulk at all...I use GW at 10mg a day, as I feel at 20mg it causes to much weight loss for me. Which for guys like us is not good (I'm 5' 7" 165lbs) At 10mg I feel the endurance benefit is great!

Overall I think you'll be impressed with GW....it doesn't give you better lungs but it makes your muscles (especially your legs) feel like they can go forever!
 
I can't wait to start now;),so I'll order some s4 to stack with it, how's that dosed, sorry about all the questions but totally new to sarms:)

Thanks for the info. I will try 10mg per day and see how if goes. How long should it be used for? One month on, one off? Also, it looks like uniguem is out of it. Got a good source.

Sarmssearch has it now as well, and you get more out of the bottle than anywhere else. Its 20mg/ml in a 30ml bottle ;).

A month at a time is fine, but I believe you can run 6-8 weeks at a time also
 
Sorry do you mean 10mg gw and 10mg s4 ed?;)

No he means sarmsearch's GW is 20mg per 1ml and it's a 30ml bottle...so that means that if you take 10mg a day a bottle will last 2 months!......I've only used uniques GW which is only 5mg per 1ml. So you would need 2 bottles to last you a month from unique at 10mg a day. But from experience I can say that uniques GW is very easy to take/virtually tasteless. I've heard sarmsearch GW is pretty gnarly tasting but on the flip side look how long a bottle will last.

As far as S4 on can't offer any advise on that as I've never used it

yep...been wanting to give GW a try...now that I know SarmsSearch carries it AND it's 20mg/ml, no questions need to be asked

the studies i've read regarding GW and its effects on endurance make me DROOL!

AICAR sounds great also, only prob is I can find a solid source. I have been doing so looking around and apparently some endurance athletes have been using AICAR for a while now. Once I find a good source I am in.

Yep, what everyone else said - GW-50 is the best thing around for endurance right now. I'm running some Sarmssearch GW and LOVING it right now. The effects are really profound.

I'm able to do more reps of the same weight that previously was difficult for me, able to go at more intense speeds for longer when doing cardio, and keeping all of my muscle on a fairly catabolic diet and exercise program.

Those are the effects that I can pin down to the GW (Although I suspect the first has something to do with the S4 as well), the others are debateably from another sect of my triple stack (S4, OSTA, GW-50)

you have gotten tremendous advice on here and I will add the most obvious way to increase endurance and advice that was given to me by an Ironman. RUN MORE. you want to build great endurance you gotta run a lot and run often. cannot go out there and run 2 miles 3X per week. thats only 6 miles. you gotta put in the mileage. i am talking 20, 25, 30+ miles per week.

a nice slow pace for 50 minutes will typically be around 6 miles.. so its not as daunting as it sounds. make sure you have good shoes too, $20 walmart shoes and you will run into major problems.. gotta fork over $100 for decent shoes.. me personally i always go with nikes but everyone has different preferences of brands they like. i would find a shoe store that will measure your feet and fit you well. the kids at foot locker don't know shit

Riding the bike is also a viable option. Running kills my joints so I gave it up a litte while back (good riddance, hated that shit anyway :evil:), but riding the exercise bike for an hour a day can produce similar results depending on your intensity.
