Steroids for endurance training (bicycling)

I'm doing the full triple stack per Dylan's recommendation (Osta 25, S4 50 and GW 20), with the S4 and GW both split into two doses. Started the Osta during PCT from my var/prov cycle and have been on it almost four weeks now (PCT ends Saturday and Sarms start Sunday). Dylan recommended holding off on adding Albuterol until week 3 of the 8 week SARMs cycle and running that through the last six weeks.

The SARMs stack is a bridge between cycles, so I can't/won't run any test or other AAS during it - saving that for afterwards.
 
downey - do you have any experience with the single use of corticosteroids for TTs and other events. I am curious what the cortico of choice is and what's the appropriate dosage.

I love the triple stack - looking forward to running my Sarmssearch triple stack again soon :chomp:

Fellow endurance racers. Just wanted to check in and see how everyone's pre season trainning was coming along. Doing my first FTP in a while tomorrow outside while on the following pre season cycle:
100-150mg of Test P/ about 30mg shot every other day.
Total 25,000 IU of EPO/ HgB at around 16.0 - up from 14.4 in late January, feeling much strong in late Feb and March on this stack and doing some real damage to trainning buddies that started the winter season much fitter than I.
Doing some Clen/Albuterol - nothing really for me I take a pill and half per day - about 30mg per day for 3-5 days and I lose about 2-3lbs in fat.
How the tables turn on them lol. So now the outdoor miles begin and logging the adventure starts. The Test Prop and EPO make me feel so good I am not looking forward to my PCT, however all good things come to an end.

Let me know how your cycles are coming, I know alot of you are doing some of the new age products and peps on the market and on these boards so I am very interested in learning more.

I don't think we openly talk about EPO on here as it's quite dangerous but I could be wrong. As for something to consider, look into some tb500 as a peptide for endurance that stuff has really done wonders for my entire body from aches and pains/ joint healing and cardiovascular health.

I race XC in an open singlespeed class.

Right now i'm in the offseason. I have a few endurace races scheduled, but our xc season starts in September. I'm training 13-15 hours a week with around 8 hours of that commuting to work on a fixed gear road bike. I'd love to read more of your PED advice, so keep posting!
 
Actually EPO is not dangerous if you have the correct tools to monitor and you use this in moderation. I really think it has a bad rap, however if you drink to much vodka you could die too. Should we not talk about booze on this board also? Again, you use this PED as you would anything other and only as a tool to improve your trainning and your overall performance. I would never recommend anyone take more than 40,000 iu in any given 6 week span at a max of 2-3 peaks per season. That alone will give the average joe a huge boost to performance.

Okay so the last FTP for my age was in the 4.0 watts per Kilo and this time around I am at 4.1 watts per kilo - same weight but with half the volume. That's good improvement, not great but very good nonetheless. The only difference between the 2 tests in terms of PEDS was dropping the GH and adding the Test Prop as my Hgb was lower this test than last by almost .10 g/dl so from about 16.0 down from 16.8. Although not a conclusive test, I can assume based on my experience that Test is a much more active agent for improving performance that GH is. Keep in mind this is my personal experience. Anyone else have anything else to share? Also adding the Test Prop from the GH I was able to add 1 more hard trainning effort per week and hit the objectives about 90% of the time. More good news for Test.
