hi there,
iam new to this site so be gentle with me!
i an 30 years old been training casually for about 3 years but now i want to put some beef on!
been thinking of trying steroids for a while but not had the bottle to ask anybody about them, so this is my first time. what would anybody reconmend to pack on lean muscle without balooning or getting a football head.
can you use a cylce of a single steroid or is a stack better. somebody please help so i can decide once and for all if steroids are for me.

bro, I would hang out on the forum for awhile, read, do so reasearch, read the sticky by quadsweep.

what are ur current stats bf% diet

There is no rush man!

In my honest opinion, you will gain MORE by getting your training, diet, and routines perfect first. Eat lots and eat right, train hard and train right, and rest too. Then, after about 12 months when your very pleased with how far you pushed yourself natty, think about AAS if you wish.

I would advise you to read up hard these next 12 months while you are doing that. Your post makes it obvious that you are very "green2 to AAS and I'm worried that you are under the mistaken belief that AAS are an easy miracle short-cut. Believe me, if thats what you think, you'll be disappointed.

thanx for the advice!
in relation to your post on boxing i can certainly reconmend that as a different cardio workout. i started boxing circuit training last year and is a great cardio workout for fitness. it also shapes up your shoulders and chest. and the fat soon drops off

Just Hang Out And Read Posts The Drug Profile Forum Would Be Handy As Well, In A Nutshell Anti-estrogens In Conjuction With Anabolis Steroids Will Inhibit Estrogen Production Thus Blunting Any "football Head Syndrome"

VERY good advise. If you don't learn how to train and eat right, all the sauce in the world isn't going to give you the results you want.

Pick up something like Anabolics 2005 to read more detailed info about steroids

I don't think he'd be pleased if he got gyno and had no clue what to do... or does NO pct and loses most of his gains... or doesnt eat right and makes no gains at all... he needs more than aas... If he absolutely must then yes thats a good stack but i'd advise against it atleast until he is more knowledgable if not more experienced in advanced training/dieting...

Look at Riverrock's and throw2far's posts.
Get your diet spot on. That is where all the growing comes from.
Make sure your routine is good and that you don't cheat. Switch it up every two months or so.
Make sure you are getting enough protien.
Do that for a year and you will be amazed at how your body reacts.
If you have not been doing this seriously I am going to guess that your muscles are not fully developed. If you took AAS now you would not get the results you want.
I hear it all the time at my gym. A new guy will start off with 250mgs/week of test. He thinks he will get huge. He doesn't so he ups it to 500. Still doesn't look the way her wants so he ups it to 750. Still doesn't look the way he wants and ups it again. Still... not what he wants. You have to realize AAS is the last piece of the puzzle.
I use a lot less than most on here and I keep growing. I have Beverly International work on my diet and I constantly update my routine.
Take it as far as you can natural... then think about AAS. You will be glad that you did!
