heard a pop in my neck about 6 years ago doing behind the neck military presses. Affects me when i drive and sitting at my desk. in pain most of the day.

tried:

PT, acupuncture, massage, chiro, pain shots

pain killers and ice provide temp relief. I am able to sleep. I use pressure against the disk to help relive the pain while i sleep and drive.

had 2 MRIs over the past 4 years. the 1st showed bone chips..but did not state a herniation. The 2nd i just had stated to herniated disks.

I have seen an ortho and a pain mgmt specialist. Neither has seriously suggested surgery as an option.

When im not at work or driving its dealable.

I do realize that I am not helping the situation by continuing to lift heavy. I DO NOT do any exercise such as behind the neck presses anymore. Im at a point right now, where heavy presses of any kind hurt. Sometimes the blood flows and i can get trough it. But ill feel it later that night or next day.

FYI..laying off does not necessarily help. ive done that and sometimes i feel worse.


about to start the following:

HGH 3IU ED
WK 1-12 Test 500MG/wk
WK 1-12 eq 600MG/wk
WK 2-12 Mast 100MG/EOD
PCT
500iu hcg 2x's a week. 4 weeks. 2 weeks after last shot
20mg nolva ed for 4 weeks


i want to know how you guys deal with serious injuries while on and continue to train hard. Im not talking about tendentious or a nagging injury. Im talking herniation and tears.


any suggestions?
 
here you go: Former usada/wada athlete - 4.5 years ago i got into a life changing accident. Multiple surgeries over a 2.5 year period. You name the type of painkiller i was on it. I live with chronic pain (I spent 2 months in a chronic mgmtpain facility). I have tried everything known to man for relief including hgh.

By far the most relief i have gotten is from deca. I am running 150mg/wk along w/ 250mg/wo of cyp. This has been a game changer for me. I would drop the eq and run deca instead. Feel free to pm me - I am more than happy to discuss managing and living with chronic pain
