steroids and cholesterol

Dude, steroids fuck your cholesterol beyond belief! It will go back to normal when off cycle.

..and when he says off, he means for a few months to get back into the normal range. Var was the worst for me.

oatmeal, for starters chromium picolinate, ala, and increase your omega-3 intake for starters..........

And of course try to eat as healthy as you can

vytorin works for me..

but i have crazy cholesterol.. hereditary..

but yep, they do go up.. allot..

Actually I don't think it's that bad if dosages are reasonable and anti e's are kept to a minimum.

Olive oil,

Primrose oil,

Borage oil,

Apple Pectin,

Policosanol,

Red wine,

...they all help. T

Welcome back, Nelson!

I recently developed an estrogen control formula which utilizes Procyanidin as well as Resveratrol, as a matter of fact...as you know, both will lower LDL and greatly improve the LDL/HDL ratio.

Again, welcome back.

Thanks Anthony. Good to be back (under better circumstances).

You're right -- it's really all about the HDL/LDL. Too many people (including doctors) are trying to lower overall cholesterol when in fact, if your HDL is high enough, you'll never have to worry about the negative sides of cholesterol. And of course, cholesterol is the building block of testosterone.

oh wow nelson is back. that is good news. a true personality.

i just had cholesterol and lkiver panels done after a cycle and they were all over the place.

actually if you go get tested your HDL and LDL will be in range!

It is the LDL/HDL ratio that is out of wack.....

well i have been tested twice while on 2 different cycles and those were the results

Orals really kill HDL. Var destroyed mine. I actually had improvements in my cholesterol on test and EQ. Just watch the fats and take your supplements.

primrose oil is a great supplement that is often overlooked , but should be added to any bb's list of supps.

1g test and 400 mgs EQ for about 6 months. My diet was whatever I wanted to eat. Basically shit. My hdl improved about 30pts. Of course going from 6 to 36 still doesnt put me in the normal range, but I did show major improvent and with dieting ie: eating whole grains, brocoli, fruit and all that good stuff Im sure It would have at least gone into normal range.

Check out my new supplement. It's got something for cholesterol improvement as well as something to protect the liver. We're marketing it as an estrogen control formula, but the truth is that it's a steroid-support supplement more than anything else.

dosent nandolone help with lipids?

Yes. This is kind of one of the things where I have a different opinion than I used to have. A few years ago, I'd have suggested Nandrolone for Sore Joints..now I suggest fish oil...I'd have suggested Nandrolone for lipids also, now I have my own product on the market to help people avoid sides from steroids (like lipid issues).

do it bro
