We are seeing a spike in kids asking for steroid use. And worst, they already bought it. They don't know what a fuck they are buying. So no matter what you tell them, they're gonna use it anyways. bojann u listen to the older guys , they're right ur too young for steroids u still can grow naturally , just buy a Mass Gainer supplement (which contains lot of carbs) with some Creatine and maybe some aminos and eat everything in ur way and train hard , if u want to bulk just train 3 times per week (circuits - full body)
don't think about steroids for at least 5 years.
Forget the mass gainer, its mostly sugar.
Eggs, chicken, beef, fish, oats, mutligrain bread, rice, potatoes(sweet), beans, root veggies, greens, efa, olive oil, fish oil, flax, etc.
