Yes, I was wondering if any of you guys could help me out. Im going to do a blood test to check my free testosterone levels, do any of you know how I can lower them to qualify for hormone treatment?

Get it checked during a cycle, but all other levels will be whacked out as well, just in case you're planning on having ins. pay for it.

I've read of people take a birth control pill the night before the blood test. No clue if it works or not...

you're right, I got mine checked during a cycle, and it was really high, in the 3000 range. That told me my gear was on spot though. I think that number was total test, not free test level.

on cycle checked using 500 mg test 2x week was 6500 range

IF you want to get test by prescription and need low test levels, wait til you are off cycle. Get it tested a few weeks following cycle.

Also it is natural for testoasterone levels to be the highest in the morning when you wake up, maybe take the test later in the after noon as well.

Wait till your off for 2-3 weeks. 3 days before do not work out at all. Just rest!
