Depends on your definition of cardio. If its long duration moderate heart rate tedium, then yes.I personally think diet and weight lifting is far superior to diet and cardio.
Hey just curious do you guys know of any AAS that lowers your body fat % other than HGH??
How does one pull off HITT training at the gym? Im mean, just run as fast as you can for 60 seconds than jump on the outside ledges and slow it down? Way to hard to be hitting the decrease speed button while sprinting at 7.5-8.0mph
Most all AAS will stimualate fat loss to some degree,,,but its primarily DIET along with AAS for real fat loss.
