Take samples of what you've been sent along with the supplier's information and your receipt indicating payment type and amount and give it to a US Customs and Border Protection employee (look up the nearest office online), and they should be able to summon over some other emloyees who will be able to sort it all out and identify what you have..

Did you not understand why they were called *Stealth* Labs or do any research on the product?

Yup, look at the last digits if they are 09 you have supertest. Stuff is good, may get some pain though just too much mg per cc IMO. I like it... very little pain (although more than usual) and shoots through a 25g 1" or 23g 1.5" Enjoy!
