I know there are a lot of people that say on there cycles for longer than usual. For those of you that do what kind of cycles do you run? Do you bridge with something or just keep going with different types of juice?
I just talked to a guy at my gym and he was 270 yoked and said he stayed on for 5 years. I didn't get a chance to talk to him about his process so I need your guys help. Thanks!
