Does anybody know of any good non-caffeinated, non-diuretic methods of staying awake? I've got the yawns big time, but there's no way I'm going to drink coffee and piss out all my water. Thanks.
Eat an apple, and I am serious! There is a chemical in apples that is better at keeping you awake than a cup of coffee. I wish I could find the link to this for you.
Danielson: I took a 25 minute nap at lunch. Feel wide awake now. I find that my cutoff point is about 45 minutes. Much longer than that and I'm screwed for the day.
I love it. If I can get a small nap at lunch, I usually catch my second wind in the afternoon. I don't think I function very well in early morning no matter how much sleep I get.
