Blast and cruise

Standard cruise is 375mg test/week

Currently on
750mg test e/week
750mg mast e/week
150mg winny/day

Next I'll run
1000mg primo e/week
500mg test e/week
150mg var/day

then cruise for a while most likely.

I should add I have hit the gym consistently since 1997. No fads, no trends, no different sports, all fucken pumping iron.
Time off in 2002 for car accident recovery (6-7 weeks)
Time off in January 2011 for hernia surgery (4 weeks off)

5'8 215lbs and probably around 11-12%

havent decided to go the GH route yet, my hearts not into competing, and as I get older being big isnt as important to me.

I've run two cycles, this is my 2nd cycle. I'm in the process of running my 2nd cycle so at the moment I don't really have plans for a future cycle. I guess we will see how this goes and run from there.

I am developing a hernia in my stomach which will need to be taken care of eventually.. but in no rush.. where was yours and did the doc say it needed to be taken care of asap or did u decide to just do it.

also put up a pic, those are impressive stats. especially during your primo cycle.

Will do bro. I've been putting on too much weight too fast, abs are still visible, but the gf fat has been packing on.

I had a very small umbilical hernia, so it was nothing serious imo. I was diagnosed in October of 2010, didn't take care of it till January. Didn't go easier on the weights or anything because of it. Part of the reason for waiting until the new year was to bump my health coverage up to max it out so it only cost me $15. mine was right at the bellybutton, small incision and mesh sewn in. I chose not to go the arthroscopic route as it would have given me 3 incisions. 4 weeks recovery and was hitting the gym 100% after that.

mine is between my umbilical and my chest. its pea size.

i got it after deadlifting heavy.

between the abs somewhere? If its peasized I wouldnt worry about it too much. Is it visible to the naked eye?

If you get any pain or discomfort in the area related to the lump it could be very serious, so you gotta see a doc ASAP if that happens.

Sounds like a quick procedure like mine though - and quick recovery as well. Make sure you go with a mesh. Woven polyesters tend to the best. Many of them are polypropylene meshes (a plastic material). I know a rep for a company that sells the woven polyester meshes, she referred me to one of the best docs in town for the surgery.

+1 on that. I have had this surgery and went with the mesh! Worked like a champ.

I'm waiting a couple of more years until I start messing with AAS because A. I'm poor and B. Honestly if I up my calories to about 300 or 400 more, my plateaus are broken. Although I know these days are numbered.......
