IM having this small problem. I dont know if it is because i exercise too much but i am not hungry. My weight has been dropping like its cool. I find myself trying to power down eveyr meal. Thissi not good, im about 165 now, and have never been that light in a long time. Im thinking something may be wrong with my eating. Can you lose apetite from doing working out too much? in the morning ill do an hour of cardio. In the evening ill lift and do abs. Somtimes, ill do 2 30 minutes sessions of cardio each day(im kinda nutty like that). Does anyone have advice before i become 90 pounds?
