I did chest on saturday, my chest isnt that sore and I really want to start thisp rogram. Since my maxes are in week 4 ill be going lighter so will it be ok to start now? I dont want to be overtraining but i wont hit chest till friday so fuck it i will just do it today

meal 2 - 1.5 cups milk, 30g whey, 2 tbsp ANPB, 1/2 cup oats, 1 banana - 700/45
meal 3 - 400-600 calorie healthy lunch whatever i make 500/25
meal 4 - 2 pieces ww bread, 6oz turkey, 1.5 cup milk 550/45
meal 5 - 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2 servings almonds 400/20
meal 6 - 1.5 cup milk, 30g whey, 2 tbsp anpb 530/45
3,540 calories, 232g protein
