Hello I'm in need of some help, I decided to start hitting the gym hard to lose some weight and now that i am down to 170 I think its time to start gaining some serious lean muscle and get the rest of this skin and fat to muscle.
Stats:23 years old/170 lbs/5'7"/No previous cycles/Lifting for 2 years.
So where my real need of help is what would you suggest I plan on doing a cycle of test and eq. I have heard that the eq doesn't shine untill around the 11th week so I was going to do eq-12 weeks and test-13 weeks. Do these seem like solid times, also I am unsure of what dosage I should be taking a week how does eq-400 test-500 sound?
