Starting over

I am going to wait as I said before. I am ready to get started.

Being that I don't know a quarter of what most of you do I will take the advice and wait. If I were going to just do it I would have by now. I want to do it correctly and have the best outcome possible.

The best possible outcome has aboslutely NOTHING to do with the drugs that you take. It has to do with the intensity, commitment, and quality of your training and diet. Drugs are like the pepper on top of your eggs....just makes the whole damn thing taste better after a while.

I worries me that you have JUST started back at lifting and are already considering the use of AS. You haven't even begun to make lifting and dieting a part of your daily regimen and yet you are pushing to chemically alter yourself.

I am glad you have decided to become fit once again, it is an awesome endeavor, but i am not sure why you feel the need to be using AS. What is the attraction at this stage in your development?

I agree wholeheartedly, but I think this bro has decided to start out sprinting....hopefully he makes.

The reason I thought about going straight to using an AS was the fact that my shoulder hurts like hell some days. After reading more on the subject and from what was posted here. I would have only hurt my shoulder more.

If I had not come to this site I most definitely would have started after a month of training. For the great advice I thank all of you!

Being that everyone has said not to...I will wait a good 8-12 months. I will train hard 5 days a week. I still need to work out the shoulder issue.

I have done a BF check on myself and I am at 22.4% or around there. I have been doing research on what diet I plan to be on and still have a bit of checking to do.

Diet first, training second, recovery third, thermogenics fourth, anabolics last.

That is your order of importance at 20%+ bodyfat. At 15% or lower you can start to rearange the last two.

I'm glad you've rethought your strategy. Get your shoulder right again and then you can really work things.
