Enanthate and Cypionate is almost the same. Some say they get better results from cyp, some say enan. They take about 3 week to kick in and is a good choice if you dont wqanna inject more than 2 times a week. The ester that seems to be the most effective in gains vs sides is test prop, wich you inject each or every other day.

My suggestion is enan or cyp (doesnt matter wich one)
 
Except for some special circumstances, my nod goes to test enanthate because it is the least expensive. Inject twice per week (monday morning / thursday night...whatever 3 1/2 day period is convenient).

Double the dosage on the first 3 injections and you will be at full blood abosrption (kicked in) after 1 week.

If you are experienced with deca, feel free to add it with your test. Injecting every 5 days is fine with deca but if you're shooting test twice per week it's probably more convenient to inject them both on that schedule.

Deca has a longer half-life than enanthate (14 days vs. 10.5) so if you're injecting every 3 1/2 days, double the dosage on the 1st 4 injections to front load.

do it 5 days a week for 6 months, diet more than anything eat 8 times a day split it every 2.5-3.00 hours in small portions but just make sure to be high in protein though. after six months start an 8 to 10 week cycle and make sure to do your pct. good luck!

Good point about the PCT. Make sure you research and understand PCT, and have the supplies on hand before starting a cycle.
 
At the beginning you'll make gains easily as it is. Wait until gains slow down at least a little bit, typically 1-2 years of serious lifting before adding AAS.
 
Question about PCT...

Nolvadex looks to be the ticket but also states it's not 100% effective for everyone. Should I keep some PaCT on hand also or something different?

Also should I follow the directions on the package (Nolvadex) for dosage or follow some other rule? I'm reading 10 -20 mg per day for 3 weeks should do the trick?

Any information would be great...

You need to keep a consistent workout for a year before you even consider a cycle.

Make sure your shoulders can handle the workload of regular heavy lifting or it will be a waste of time to use AAS anyway. Your shoulders may need rehab work, the rotator cuff may be worn, before you can do heavy weight.

Please don't do anything stupid.

I typically run 40 mg/day of nolva for 3 weeks as PCT but the last couple cycles I was not fully recovered at the end of that time. So starting with ny next cycle I will add HCG at the end to aid recovery.

It's also a good idea to have the Nolva on hand when the cycle starts in case gyno developes. If you get sore, itchy nipples, start 40 mg/day immediatelty until the symptoms go away, then drop to 20 mg/day.

Lastly, if you end up using test cyp or test enanthate, wait 2 weeks after the last injection to begin PCT so that this long half-life test can work it's way out of your system.

If you opt for sust or deca, wait 3 weeks after last injection to start PCT.

Unfortunately, I think this guy is gung-ho about doing a cycle right off the bat.
