Hi guys and girls, cheers for taking the time to read my post.
I've been building for roughly 7 months with a couple of big builder and I've managed to gain roughly 5/6 kgs (11-13lbs) but I want more so I'm looking into steds, but don't have a scoobies how to go about it! Can anyone recommend a good 1st cycle and post cycle? Cheers in advance
 
Forgot to mention I'm 5' 8", 68 kgs and 23
Trained for two years from 18, joined army and started running (big mistake) and re started building 7 months ago
Any advice would be great! :)
 
7 months isnt really long enough to considrer aas yet in my opinion and am sure a lot of other members will agree.. You have a lot more natural growth left to do. If u do decide to go down the aas route anyway which u probably will ; ), try something basic i.e test e 12 weeks 500mg per week or maybe sustanon.. But trust me u need to train longer gain more naturally and reaserch a lot more before hand. Thers a lot more too it than getting the gear and going to rhe gym, hows your diet?? Im not an expert but a lot of the guys on here are and im sure they will give u similar advice.
 
you are only 150 pounds bro. I would keep going natural and add another 15-20 pounds before messing with roids. for reference I am shorter than you by 2 inches but i weigh 188 pounds. i understand you aren't a 6 foot guy but still 150 pounds is still skinny for your height.

the reason i recommend this is you want to build up a nice base then use AAS to power to the next level. it makes it way easier to know how to build muscle off of roids, then when you go on it will be icing on the cake. and also during your bridges you don't want to be one of those dudes who blows up on cycle then loses it all during their bridge and ends up no where after a year.
 
you gotta learn and practice how to eat before you start cycling.

whatever you are eating now increase by about 25% and see how that goes.. stay consistent with it for a few months and then look back and look at the gains.
 
Cheers for all the help guys,my diet is pretty hefty at the mo and has been for about 6 months
Breakfast;
5 boiled eggs, 6 hashbrowns, tin of beans and kippers, bowl of porridge and 2 pieces of fruit
10 o'clock;
Tin of mackerel/sardines in tomato sauce, 1600 cal serious mass shake.
Lunch;
2 chicken breast, pasta, jacket potato and fresh veg, soup with 2 rolls
3 o'clock
Tin of sardines/mackerel in tomato sauce and another shake
Evening meal;
Normally some kind of roast dinner, piece of fruit
8 o'clock;
MHP dark matter shake, 400g rice and a bowl of porridge
 
^^^ you probably have a very high metabolism. which is not a bad thing IMO, i would rather you have a high metabolism than a slow one.

as you get older it will slow and you will be able to bulk up, for now keep eating and keep working out.. limit the cardio to 10 minutes per session only to mantain a healthy heart.

steroids are not in your future for another several years until you start making progress on your own.

also with your diet throw in some waffles/pancakes for breakfast.. this can really make a difference, carb loading for breakfast is a very good way to bulk up. the protein shakes need to be thrown away, i say this because they are killing your appetite and counter productive bigtime, am i right? you down a shake then don't feel like eating for a while and feel full.. you want to increase your appetite, not kill it. stick to REAL FOOD. lots of cals, carbs, and protein. eat every 2 hours and ditch the appetite killing shakes ...
 
Bro I think steve is dead on. You sound like you have a way high metabolism. Would you please post up your weekly workout. I am thinking that we really need to tweak that for you too. I am gonna bet that you are more then likely doing way too much in your workout. You at your age and stats need to think Less Is More for your workout.
