Please help meStarting Off And bulking up Advice

Hey everyone i need some help previously i used to workout but not that steadily now i am trying to get myself back into it but i guess i can say i am skinny will someone tell me a good starting point :bawling: Ps: my main goal is to bulk up with lean muscle :fro:

search for the 5x5 routine on here

eat a ton of good food. seriously, try to eat a metric ton. well..not that much, but you get the idea. pasta, burgers, spaghetti, bread, eggs, potatoes, etc are all fair game

rest a lot

don't do too much cardio
