Background:
25 years old, 5 11" 170lbs,ran cross-country in HS, started lifting in 2000 at a weight of 135lb. Worked out hard for 3 yrs and put on 30 lbs of muscle taking creatine and drinking protein shakes etc. July 4 2003 compressed three lower disks in my back playing volleyball and literally ended my workouts for over a year. I gained at least 5-7lbs of fat and lost ALOT strenght and definition but have started back at the gym, its hard almost like starting over. After a month I'm finally loosened up enough to really start straining and pumping. I have never taken any juice so this will be my first cycle. So far a have the following:
10ml QV deca 300
nolvadex (liquid form)
clomid (liquid form)
trying to get some Dbol tabs
This is the stack I was told to use by an old gym partner who has some experience with roids. At my weight and body type how would you recommend I cycle these goodies? Anything I should watch out for as far as trouble signs or side effects. I'm just trying to be cautious, I don't want to do more harm than good. Any info would be appreciated, thanks..
