starting beastdrol!

im starting beastrol and wanted to know how much i need to take and what lifts i need to do! im not an idiot ive lifted a lot but i want my abs back and upper chest to get bigger? please need help soon! thanks i weight 185 im 21 and 5,11
 
dude you need to do alot more research. the simple answers your looking for arent enough. beastdrol is some potent shit. Reaserch these 3 letters, PCT. (post cycle therapy) your going to need it when that month is up to get your hormone levels back to normal otherwise a number of negative things will happen to you. youl become a gorilla than go right back to being a monkey. you'll find this stuff called sustain alhpha that is highly recomended on this site for a basic PCT. its made by primordial performance check them out for all your pct needs.
Maybe you already have done the research in that case good for you i waisted a paragraph, im asuming you havent simply because you dont know what excersise to do to build your upper chest/abs... i doubt your at Beastdrols level..

work out 5x5 program. Look it up on this site.
diet. 2 grams protein per pl of body weight.

start with that. Also look into pct. Send me a pm.

You can keep a daily log of the cycle and people will post on it with you and help you out. As well as just shoot the shit.
