Starting Back need advice.. oh and new to the boards!!

Hey guys! New here and just trying to get back in the game with some much needed advice from what looks to be a well knowledgeable group. I was made skinny and my metabolism is very high... I’m a bean pole

A little back history:
Spring of 2006-2007: started working out at 6’1 145 lbs :o made gains upwards of 180lbs
August 2007-April 2008: I quit working out due to splints in the forearm and shoulder pains
April 2008: Started back to the gym got up to 195lbs and hit a plateau so I started my 1st cycle to help get a little push.
Summer 2008: tried test/dbol cycle but I found out dbol doesn’t work good with me. I wasn’t able to get my blood work done but something bad wrong happened. Felt deeply dehydrated almost too dizzy to walk when I took the stuff. After that experience I tried Ana/sust and that put me up to 205 lbs by spring of 2009.
Spring of 2009 - present day: I started an intense 2 year school program so I just gave up the gym until I graduated and could afford to do what I wanted in the gym and out.

So here I am….

Age:26
Height:6’ 1”
Weight: right now it’s 180 base

Right now I do not want to jump into any kind of cycle I know that’s far off. I’m currently training my stomach for the high intake of food, stretching it back out and wut not.:chomp: My goal is 5-6k cals per day and right now I’m only able to do around 3.8k while being nauseous all day. My 1st day back to the gym was actually yesterday and after taking 2 years off really makes the pain that much worse. My ultimate goal for right now is regain all of what I lost so hoping to get back to 200lbs maybe even more!
So when the time comes when I hit that plateau what should I do? When I quit going to the gym is when a lot of the guys were starting to try Hgh and I was mad jealous it was ridiculous to see that much gains on guys much younger than me. I guess I have three options
1. Do a cycle of something
2. Train even harder (even though 2 years ago I was hitting the gym 5-6 days a week) without anything
3. Look into getting hgh for later use ( what I’m leaning towards)

Only problem here is that I’ve been out of the game for 2 years I don’t know where or how I would get anything…. despite that minor con I want/need some advice for those who would take the time because the more i have planned for myself the more motivation i have to fulfill my goals. Thanks guys

I like the fact that you're not asking what cycle to run right now, the time will come for that...

@ 26 you don't really need HGH...

Eat right, train hard, and train SMART...

Yep , EZ is on the money bro and welcome to the site.

you are going to learn alot if you stick around here !

I'm new to the boards as well and this is pretty much my life story lol... But really, when does one actually want to consider starting a cycle? I'm guessing after eating 6k cals per day and still making no gains over a period of 6 months?

Welcome to the site!

Its not really after a certain amount of time of not seeing results because there can be a lot of factors why you're not seeing results. Training, Diet,Sleep, Etc. I wouldn't use that as a gauge. Its about building a solid foundation and understanding of all aspects that relate to working out. Training, Diet, Supplements, Nutrition. And over time being on here you will realize how much you really need to learn before you just jump into it.

As far as starting a cycle - I'd wait and let your muscle memory kick in. Gain back the strength/size you lost from before. GH is great in combo with AAS not so much by itself. There are other alternatives for your stage and age. You can get some great results from NEEDTOBUILDMUSCLE.com products ...

Okay, I'm just going to put my 2 cents in here. I'm a big believer of making the most gains naturally as possible -- even after cycling. But I also understand the appeal of making faster progress. But right on this site , there are a bunch of products that will enhance natural training far beyond what's ever been possible -- BIG BLAST, GEAR, N2slin, BRIDGE, UNLEASHED, Better BArs -- ALL will put on more size than you can imagine if your training's on point.

So check it out, and then when you want to do a cycle, be cautious. Don't believe the crap that you need more than a few hundreds mgs or that a dbol only cycle is useless. That's all excuses from people who never learned how to make the most of their gains.

Bottom line -- bodybuilding is a lifestyle that requires hard work but it also requires some smarts. Knowledge is power.
