Starting a new bench routine w/ a new supplement

My diet consists of at least 2 protein shakes and a zanzibar protein bar that I got a 12 pack of cheap at the local big lots. Oatmeal, eggs, and wheat bread are on my menu daily along with tuna every other day. I also try to eat a salad everyday and a dry pastrami/turkey salami sandwich on wheat at least every other day. My choices are limited here at school, so I make do with what I have. Today was my cheat day, so I had some soft tacos from taco bell and a heath blizzard from DQ. Mmmm that was good. Gotta keep that metabolism guessing!
 
Seriously i want to break something.
V12 is the answer to nothing.
And you should burn that copy of M&F you bought.
Better yet... mail it back to them and tell you thought you were buying a magazine, not shit bound with glue.

That being said.
1. Learn how to bench properly. Follow PL form, its more productive for size anyway.
2. Go read every article on Elitefts.com or take wnt2b's advice and read the shit on metal militia. Youll get bigger doing that than you will with some BS muscle and fitness mag
3. Lower the volume up the frequency
