Do the 5x5, it's much more apropriated for you at 6 4 and only 205lbs you should focus on building a solid foundation and spend more time eating rather than training oh and sleep 8h a night. Start a journal here.

What's your diet like and how old are you?

I was wanting opinions on the workout I was doing.

I am 27. I have 5-6 meals a day. 3500-4000 calories. That is including 2 protein shake.

Ok that workout has too many exercises which don't really give you the most bang for the buck so and aren't going to help you that much if you are seeking mass. The compounds on the 5x5 will take you there for sure.

About your diet u should eat up to 6000 cal! 205lbs with 2g protein and 4g carbs per pound of BW! So 1640 cals from protein + 3280 cals from carbs=4920 cals + the cals from fat! Since you are a tall dude that 6000cals it's the way to go if you want the size.

if your doing enough squats/deads/heavy bench + reasonable assistance work (Dips, glute ham raises, chins) youll lose interest in ridiculous exercises like bicep curls, and tricep pushdowns.
